Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at thamesamberlondon@gmail.com. We’ll provide you with the correct return address in Hungary and further instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalised products (e.g. special orders)
- Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 10 business days, but please note:
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
- In accordance with EU regulations, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
