Our story began around a family table in London, not in a boardroom or a factory, but in conversation. About memories. About places that stayed with us long after we had left. About fragrances we loved, and the quiet disappointment of realising how few of them truly lasted, on the skin or in the mind.

We did not set out to create a perfume brand. We set out to create the fragrance we could not find.

For years, perfume was a shared obsession in our family. We collected, compared and debated. We learned to recognise quality not through marketing, but through experience. The depth of an opening, the way a scent develops over hours, the moment it becomes personal rather than loud.

Over time, a conviction took shape. If we were ever to create something of our own, there would be no compromises.

Every fragrance in the Thames & Amber collection is an Extrait de Parfum, with oil concentrations reaching 40%.

This decision defines everything we do.

Higher concentration means more than intensity. It brings richness, texture and longevity. It allows a fragrance to unfold slowly, to evolve on the skin, and to feel intimate rather than performative. It means fewer sprays, closer wear, and a scent that feels as though it truly belongs to you.

We work with some of the finest raw materials available, sourced with care and respect for their origins. Each formula is developed patiently and refined repeatedly until nothing unnecessary remains.
